What is the Klyng Cup?
The Klyng Cup is Canada's premier inter-club pickleball league. Clubs assemble teams, appoint captains, and battle head-to-head across multiple stops each season.
Competition runs across 4 skill brackets — 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+. The season runs from April to November across Spring, Summer, and Fall, culminating in the Klyng Cup Finals, November 21–22.
Bonus — Senior Open (50+): Players 50 years old and above rated 4.5+ or equivalent compete in a dedicated Senior Open bracket. Learn more →

The Path to the Finals
Every point matters. Every season resets. Only champions make the Finals.
The Points
Win = 3 points. Loss = 1 point. Your club accumulates points across every stop in the season.
The Reset
All clubs' points reset at the start of each season. No carryover. Spring, Summer, and Fall each offer a fresh shot at glory.
The Finals
Each Season Champion automatically qualifies for the Finals, along with other top teams from each season. One weekend. One champion. November 21–22.

The Captain-Led Model
Every bracket is led by one appointed Captain per season. Captains are the heart of each team — they build the roster, make the calls, and lead from the front.
- Draft the roster and manage player availability across the season
- Lead practice sessions and develop team strategy
- Set match lineups and submit scores via the mobile Captain Portal
- Represent your club culture on and off the court
Captain Mobility: Strong captains can be promoted to higher brackets between seasons — building reputation and climbing the league hierarchy.
Strategic Opponent Selection
At the Klyng Cup Finals, seeding is everything. The highest-ranked clubs earn the right to select their opponents in early rounds — rewarding consistent performance across the full season.
This model creates strategic depth beyond just playing well. Every stop matters not just for points, but for Finals positioning. The club that dominates all three seasons enters the Finals with maximum advantage.
